Donnie Smith, Director and Principal Consultant
Donnie Smith leads Meridian CPL as Director and Principal Consultant. His background combines practical experience in business operations, workplace process support, compliance documentation, investigations, IT systems, evidence analysis, policy development and commercial negotiations.
That breadth matters for smaller organisations, where compliance, people, contracts and technology are rarely separate problems. Donnie works directly with owners, boards and management teams to understand each organisation, agree a clear scope and deliver practical, well-documented results.
